Defective Necklace

I LOVED this piece and i pretty much planned my outfit around it and right before I left the house I noticed that the Lotus charm had disappeared. I tore my home up looking and eventually found it on the ground, that’s when I noticed that the charm clamp was loose and resulted in it coming off the chain. I still had an event to go to so I tightened the clamp with some tweezers and put it back on, before I even pulled off to leave I noticed it was gone again. I haven’t found it since. The piece was beautiful but unfortunately I have to leave a lower review because I never got to wear it and ultimately wasted my money. I waited until my other necklaces arrived to leave a review in case the brand just has loose clamps, but they didn’t have that problem. I may have just got sent a bad/defective one.

Honestly I was a little skeptical at first because of the price, in this economy $35 for a singular necklace? 😭 Ou chile….BUT!
