Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Please allow 1–14 business days for us to prepare your order, plus 1–7 business days for delivery.
  • Custom items: These beauties take 2–6 weeks to make just for you, plus 1–7 business days for delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable, but if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it until it’s perfect.

Jewelry Security Program – Pre-Orders

  • Our Jewelry Security Program pieces are made just for you, which means they require a little extra time and love before shipping.
  • Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before your order ships.
  • For the most accurate timing, always refer to the “ship by” date listed on the homepage header — that date is your best estimate.
  • Because each piece is custom made to order, all Jewelry Security Program pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

Tracking

  • A tracking notification means we’ve printed your label and are actively packing your order.
  • Once your package is dropped off at the post office, tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • You can follow your package’s journey home to you easily with the shop app ✨

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance (usually just $2.55 — it’s already in your cart unless you remove it).
  • This is the only way we can replace or refund a package that goes missing, gets delivered to the wrong address, or mysteriously vanishes from your doorstep.
  • If your tracking says delivered but you don’t see your fairy mail, email us right away so we can help — again, we can only assist in this situation if insurance was purchased.

Responsibility for Uninsured Packages

If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance and your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, you accept full responsibility for the loss. By completing your purchase from Kay Bella Jewelry, you acknowledge that:

  • Kay Bella is not liable for uninsured packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
  • These circumstances do not qualify for a chargeback or dispute, as the responsibility was accepted at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

  • We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout, so please double-check your details before ordering.
  • If our system spots something off, we’ll reach out (this is why we ask for two forms of contact).

Return to Sender

  • If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
    • You may choose to have it reshipped to the correct address (reshipping fees apply)
    • Or request a refund (custom items are non-refundable)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned packages.
