Return Eligibility

  • Our return window is 30 days from your delivery date.
  • To be eligible, your item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
    • Include the original packaging
    • Include a receipt or proof of purchase
    • Hand made items are not eligible for refunds! but we will work with you diligently to fix any potential situation

How to Return an Item

  • Email service@shopkaybella.com to receive a return label & instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-10 business days.
  • Refund times vary depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing speed.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer first, then email us.

Lost Packages

  • We do not provide refunds for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages without shipping insurance.
  • By placing an order without insurance, you accept full responsibility if your package is lost or stolen in transit.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, but depending on your order’s circumstances, you may qualify for store credit.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
