          Items still not arrived!

          I ordered two rings on November 28th and they still have not arrived. Apparently a shipping label has been created but tracking says the item has been in Des Moines, IA for weeks. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m very close to asking for a refund.

          Beautiful, but fragile

          Has broken twice since I got it, once just getting caught on some clothes, and another it being caught on a door. It took over a month to ship, and broke twice in the first week I had it.
