Havent received them

I ordered them july 8th.. ive asked for a refund twice now. I ordered a set of necklaces august 8th that I also havent heard anything about. Shipping is no longer free on all orders on the site. I paid $7 shipping for a set of jade bangles on the 2nd of october and even when you pay for shipping and the item isn't listed as a pre order item it takes dumb long to receive anything from this company. Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! i have reported them several times with no resolution. please save your money im begging!
