I LOVED this piece and i pretty much planned my outfit around it and right before I left the house I noticed that the Lotus charm had disappeared. I tore my home up looking and eventually found it on the ground, that’s when I noticed that the charm clamp was loose and resulted in it coming off the chain. I still had an event to go to so I tightened the clamp with some tweezers and put it back on, before I even pulled off to leave I noticed it was gone again. I haven’t found it since. The piece was beautiful but unfortunately I have to leave a lower review because I never got to wear it and ultimately wasted my money. I waited until my other necklaces arrived to leave a review in case the brand just has loose clamps, but they didn’t have that problem. I may have just got sent a bad/defective one.

This necklace is so pretty!! I love it! I’M OBSESSED. The only thing I will say is that it’s kinda fragile, bc the charm be coming off sometimes by itself. Not sure how, but it’s easy to put back onto the necklace tho! Tysm for beautiful piece, Kay Bella!! Will definitely buy again 🫶🏻✨🫂‼️😫

I love my necklace, every time i wear it i get numerous amount of compliments. The chain is short though.
