I reached out to KayBella regarding my order, but I have not yet received any update about my purchase. The order was placed on January 30, 2026, and as of today, March 14, the tracking information shows that the package has been stagnant in processing since February 18, 2026. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and when I can expect it to move forward in the shipping process.
Would love to give a thorough review after actually receiving the items.
I love to support Black-owned businesses, but I was honestly ready to give a negative review. I placed my order on 25 January and received it today, 13 March. Communication was extremely confusing, which gave me anxiety about whether or not I would receive my order in time for my booked holiday.
While Kaybella were prompt in their responses, it was the delivery details and conflicting emails that kept me confused.
My items arrived in good order. It is by far the most BEAUTIFUL jewellery I’ve ever owned. All my frustrations about the delivery process melted away once I saw my items. I got the Pretty Wings ring (a little big, but that’s my bad), the Twin Mariposa ring, the Plain Jane Ankh, the Femme Fatale necklace stack, the Chasing Sunsets 24k bangle set, and the Strawberry Milkshake bangle set.
Not that I thought it was possible, but they look so much better in person, and that’s saying something.
Would I recommend this company for international buyers? Yes, but I would not recommend buying before a trip or with any plans in mind. Buy with no delivery expectations—unless you enjoy stress.
